Enrollment help & troubleshooting
Stuck during enrollment or have a question about AutoSave? Here's where to turn — and how to tell AutoSave questions apart from utility outage reporting.
Two kinds of help
AutoSave questions vs. utility outages
These are different organizations. Contacting the right one saves time.
AutoSave & enrollment questions
For questions about your AutoSave authorization, supply, rates, or the enrollment process, contact the AutoSave service provider.
Provider: Think Home Solutions, LLC. Contact details are from the reviewed AutoSave agreement (V20260715) — re-verify current details before relying on them.
Power outages & delivery
For outages, downed lines, or delivery issues, contact your utility — not the AutoSave provider. Your utility owns the poles, wires, and outage response.
Find your utility's outage line on your bill or its website. Report outages immediately — do not wait.
Common issues
Troubleshooting enrollment
AutoSave isn't shown for your account
It may not be available for your utility, rate class, or account type. Don't select an unrelated product — use the provider support above.
Your address isn't recognized
Match the service address on your bill exactly. If it still fails, contact provider support with your account number.
Your utility isn't listed
AutoSave may not yet cover your utility's territory. Check back later or contact support for availability.
You're on PIPP or an assistance program
Don't leave an assistance program to enroll. Those have specific exclusion rules — confirm with the provider first.
Commercial rate-class uncertainty
Confirm your meter type and rate class with your utility. Demand meters are excluded from savings protection.
Technical errors on the provider site
Try another browser or device. If it persists, contact provider support with where you got stuck.
We do not operate a live chat widget or phone line on this website. Setup My Power is an independent advisor site — for account-specific AutoSave questions, contact Think Home Solutions, LLC using the details above. For outages, call your utility. Never call a number you can't verify.
