Enrollment Instructions

How to self-enroll in Ohio AutoSave

Enroll yourself directly on the provider's site — no sales call, appointment, or account on this website required. Here's exactly what to do.

Check Availability & EnrollContinue to the provider's enrollment site to check your address and review current terms.

Before you start

Gather what you need

Two minutes of preparation makes enrollment smoother. Keep account numbers and bills off this site — enter them only on the provider's enrollment site.

Recent electricity bill

Account number, service address, and current supplier.

Existing agreement

Current rate, contract end date, and any cancellation terms.

Account-holder authority

Confirm you can make supply decisions for the account.

Eligibility review

Check PIPP, demand meters, and rate class exclusions.

Step by step

The enrollment walkthrough

The live referral journey hasn't been fully verified for this guide, so these are flexible customer instructions — not exact button labels.

  1. 1

Have a recent electricity bill available and review any existing supplier or aggregation agreement.

  2. 2

Open our enrollment link on your own device.

  3. 3

Follow the customer/electricity offers route and provide your Ohio service information when asked. Avoid the Energy Advisor registration path.

  4. 4

Look for AutoSave if it is offered for your account. If it is not shown, use the help guidance rather than selecting an unrelated product.

  5. 5

Enter the requested information only on the provider enrollment site. Review the actual agreement, authorization, eligibility, and disclosures before accepting.

  6. 6

Complete the provider's process and save its confirmation. Check for any follow-up requirements or notices.

Clicking our link alone does not enroll you. You complete enrollment on the provider's site, and you must review and accept the actual agreement there. We do not precheck agreement boxes or silently enroll anyone.

Troubleshooting

What to do if something goes wrong

Common issues and where to turn. Don't select an unrelated product if AutoSave isn't shown.

Your utility is absent

If your utility isn't listed on the provider site, AutoSave may not be available for your area yet. Use the help guidance and check back later.

Your address isn't recognized

Double-check the service address against your bill. If it still isn't found, contact the provider's support — don't guess.

Your account is already with another supplier

Review your current contract end date and any termination fee. Decide whether switching makes sense before proceeding.

You're uncertain about a commercial rate class

Confirm your meter type and rate class with your utility first. Demand meters and demand rate classes are excluded — don't assume eligibility.

AutoSave isn't shown for your account

Use the help guidance rather than selecting an unrelated product. Eligibility depends on the provider's current process.

You hit a technical error

Try a different browser or device. If it persists, contact the provider's support with details of where you got stuck.

After you enroll

What to expect next

Switching is not necessarily immediate. Save your confirmation and watch for notices.

  • Save your confirmation. Keep any reference number or email the provider sends.
  • Watch for notices. You'll receive information about your supply and any rate changes.
  • Don't expect a same-day switch. Switching timelines depend on your utility's billing cycle.
  • Check for follow-up. Some accounts may need additional steps — review any notices promptly.
  • Your bill still comes from your utility. Only the supply line item changes when AutoSave applies.

For account-specific questions after enrollment, contact Think Home Solutions, LLC directly. For outages, call your utility. See our help page for verified support details.
