Our approach

Setup My Power is an independent Energy Advisor website. We do not operate the enrollment process — that happens on the provider's site. We do not ask you to create an account, fill out a lead form, or enter account numbers, bills, or payment data on this website.

What we collect

• Privacy-conscious analytics events: We count enrollment-link clicks, guide engagement, and education interactions. We record the page, CTA position, and selected audience where available — without personal data.
• Standard server logs: Like most websites, our hosting may log basic request metadata (timestamp, anonymized IP) for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

• Your name, email, phone, or address.
• Your electricity account number, bill, or payment information.
• Personal data from enrollment — that stays between you and the provider.

Outbound enrollment links

Our enrollment links go to the provider's site and are marked with rel="sponsored" to disclose the referral relationship. Once you leave our site, the provider's privacy policy applies.

Completed enrollments

We count completed enrollments only from an authorized provider integration or reconciled provider report — never from a click alone. Clicking our link does not tell us whether you enrolled.

Your choices

You can use this site without providing any personal information. You may block analytics beacons using your browser's settings; core content remains fully accessible.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes
